Michael Pollard has over 40 years experience in the manufacturing industry. Mr. Pollard was a passionate member of the board of directors of Bronx International, Inc., North Canton, Ohio from 2001 to 2010, and as Executive Vice President was instrumental to the growth of the Bronx capital equipment solutions throughout the world. After aiding Fives Group’s successful acquisition of Bronx International, Mr. Pollard resigned in 2012 and formed MNM Industries, Inc. with the goal to acquire and/or form complete turn-key capital equipment solutions providers in North America. In 2014 MNM Industries completed their first acquisition with Kent Automation, a custom automation equipment solutions provider with thousands of installations in North America. Kent Automation is also the market leader providing secondary operation equipment in the Window & Door market. With over 20-plus years working with Servo electric technology, Kent introduced the first fully electric Servo motor Pultrusion line to the composite industry in 2015. In 2016 Kent Pultrusion, LLC was established providing the market-leading Servo Electric technology to the composite industry; shortly after Kent patented/trademarked the technology, naming it ServoPul. Today Kent Pultrusion has 30-plus lines processing composite solutions in the transportation, construction, utility and the Wind & Energy markets. in 2023 MNM Industries acquired Criterion Machinery out of Valley View, Ohio, a custom provider of tube punching, bending, notching and fabricating equipment with 40 years of industry experience.
